Self-care is Sexy...Bring Sexy Back.  Plus September is Self-Care Awareness Month.

We're nearing the end of third quarter, which means the end of summer.  It also means the beginning of my favorite season - FALL!

I love that fall weather is cool but still comfy, the leaves turn these amazingly beautiful colors, and I can enjoy chai lattes and pumpkin spice coffee as often as I want. Don't judge, I know you like that too! ;)

But we're also coming up on the holiday season, which for some is the busiest time of year personally and professionally.

Before all the hustle and bustle starts, schedule some time just for you so you don't burnout. PAUSE for a moment...

Relax.

Reset.

Replenish.

Recharge.

Regroup.

Slow down. Unplug if you need to. Take a moment to breathe and gather your thoughts. This always helps get my creative juices flowing. Journal, read, get a massage, go hiking, take a solo trip... Do whatever is necessary, and best for you in this moment.  Then come back to work, fresh and ready to take over the world.
